Luc LANEL (1893-1965) 
Small Vase for CHRISTOFLE
Designed by French artist Luc Lanel for Christofle, this gilt brass vase features a baluster form with a silver swirl pattern. Known for his work in metal during the 1930s, Lanel brought a modern, elegant touch to French decorative arts through his collaborations with Christofle. Marked Christofle with model “B5E” on the base.

Condition NOTE

The vase does show signs of age, including multiple dents that speak to its history and use.
