Red Lacquer Metal Table Lamp
Scandinavia, c. 1930

Early 1930s Scandinavian large metal table lamp finished in a rich red lacquer with a subtle, hand-applied gradient effect. Sculptural, understated form typical of the period. Paired with a custom paper shade and diffuser.

Condition

Great condition with rich, original patina. The surface shows areas of patina and minor chipping consistent with age, contributing to its character. Newly rewired for U.S. use with a tight braided black cord, and paired with a brand-new custom paper shade and diffuser.
