A subtly sculptural large hammered pewter vase by French metalworker René Delavan (1926–1958), reflecting the refined restraint of early 20th-century French decorative arts. Signed by the artist along the side and bearing the atelier stamp on the underside.

Please note: the vase shows signs of age, including a warped lip, and a dent at the base, consistent with its age and use.
